Accepted Oral Presentations - Final Version Form

This form is for abstracts accepted for oral presentations at the 2025 DermLink Scholars Virtual Conference.

It includes fields for your title, abstract, and author list, which will be used for official abstract publication. Be sure to review all entries carefully, as the information submitted will be considered final.

Poster Upload Instructions

To ensure consistency and clarity across our virtual poster presentations, please follow these specifications when preparing and uploading your poster:

Poster Specifications:

  • Dimensions: 48 x 36 inches or 7200 × 5400 pixels (landscape orientation)

  • Resolution: Minimum 150 DPI (higher DPI recommended for sharper text)

  • File Format:

    • Preferred: PNG (for highest visual clarity)

    • Accepted: PDF or JPEG (if PNG not possible)

  • File Size Limit: Please keep under 25 MB to ensure smooth loading

Design Tips:

  • Use large, readable fonts (minimum 24 pt for body text)

  • Include your title, authors, institution affiliations, and contact info

  • Make sure images and charts are high resolution

  • Avoid clutter – leave some white space to enhance readability

  • Double-check spelling, grammar, and consistency in formatting
