Author Responsibilities:

By submitting this form, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Final Content Responsibility All poster content, including text, data, author list, figures, and AMA-formatted references, must be provided by the author(s). DermLink Scholars does not offer writing or data analysis services. Only light formatting and design adjustments will be made. Turnaround Time Turnaround time begins only after all required materials are submitted in full. Delays in submission may result in delays in delivery. Rush deadlines are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Revisions One round of revision is included for posters requested at least one week in advance. Additional revisions may incur a fee. Rush orders (under 1 week) may have limited revision windows. Discretion of Poster Creator Poster assembly is subject to the discretion of the assigned designer. The designer reserves the right to decline or discontinue a project for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate content, incomplete materials, or unreasonably short deadlines. If submitted content is incomplete or does not meet minimum requirements (e.g., missing references, disorganized figures, or unclear instructions), the turnaround timeline will not begin until all materials are finalized and approved. Payment Full payment must be received before delivery of the final files. Payment will be requested via Venmo (or another agreed method). No refunds will be issued after final delivery. Intellectual Property The client retains all rights to their research content. DermLink Scholars retains rights to the poster layout and design for portfolio or promotional use unless otherwise requested. Reference Access References will be removed from the poster and placed into a separate AMA-formatted PDF, accessible via a QR code on the poster. Design Limitations Poster design is created using Canva. If you require a PowerPoint version, please specify in advance. Figures must be high-resolution PNG, JPG, or SVG files. Tables must be submitted in Google Sheets format. Communication Timely responses to revision or design questions are expected to meet your requested deadline. Lack of communication may impact turnaround time.
