Jonny Hatch, DO
Jonny Hatch is a dermatology resident physician passionate about helping medical students on their journey to residency. As a medical student, he started the DIGA Podcast, a podcast “by students, for students” pursuing dermatology. The podcast is the largest podcast for students pursuing dermatology with over 78k downloads to date. Jonny continues to mentor students through his Instagram platform (@drjonnyhatch). Outside of medicine, he enjoys hiking and camping with his wife and 5 kids.

Bret-Ashleigh Gray, DO
Dr. Bret-Ashleigh Gray is originally from Birmingham, Alabama, and earned her bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration from Samford University. Prior to medical school, she worked as a medical assistant in a Mohs surgery practice, where she developed her passion for dermatology. She received her medical degree from the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine–Auburn Campus in 2025 and completed her Transitional Year residency at Baptist Health in Birmingham. Dr. Gray will begin her dermatology residency at Larkin Community Hospital South Miami in July 2027. Her professional interests include medical and surgical dermatology, with a particular focus on improving access to dermatologic care for rural and underserved populations.
