E-Poster Submission Form

Please note: This form is intended for all students who submitted to the 2025 DermLink Scholars Virtual Conference and are participating via e-poster only (i.e., not accepted for an oral presentation).

If your project was accepted for an oral presentation, please complete the correct form by clicking here.

All e-poster submissions will be featured during conference breaks and highlighted on the DermLink Scholars website.

Please use this form to upload your poster and final abstract details.
It includes fields for your title, abstract, and author list. Be sure to review all entries carefully, as the information submitted will be considered final.

Poster Upload Instructions

To ensure consistency and clarity across our virtual poster presentations, please follow these specifications when preparing and uploading your poster:

Poster Specifications:

  • Dimensions: 48 x 36 inches or 7200 × 5400 pixels (landscape orientation)

  • Resolution: Minimum 150 DPI (higher DPI recommended for sharper text)

  • File Format:

    • Preferred: PNG (for highest visual clarity)

    • Accepted: PDF or JPEG (if PNG not possible)

  • File Size Limit: Please keep under 25 MB to ensure smooth loading

Design Tips:

  • Use large, readable fonts (minimum 24 pt for body text)

  • Include your title, authors, institution affiliations, and contact info

  • Make sure images and charts are high resolution

  • Avoid clutter – leave some white space to enhance readability

  • Double-check spelling, grammar, and consistency in formatting

Upload Instructions:

  • Upload your finalized poster file using the [Upload Link] by [Deadline Date]

  • Name your file as: LastName_FirstName_PosterTitle.png
    (e.g., Smith_Jane_AcneResearchPoster.png)
